This May Day holiday, the “Fujian Cuisine 100” under A Bite of Fuzhou launched a series of Fuzhou delicacy promotions for the May Day holiday, drawing reference from three authoritative culinary rankings: the 2025 Michelin Guide for Fujian Province, the 2024 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, and the 2024 “Fujian Cuisine 100” Mountain and Sea Fujian Cuisine Awards. It focuses on popular dining spots across four main districts (Gulou, Cangshan, Taijiang, Jin’an) and Minhou, the historic “First County of Fujian”, presenting a rich and diverse tapestry of Fuzhou’s mountain-and-sea tastes for both locals and tourists alike.
