“Mawei-Matsu Rural Banquet” Promotional Tasting Event Held

 

On March 25, Fuzhou’s “One County, One Table of Dishes” – “Mawei-Matsu Rural Banquet” promotional tasting event was held in Mawei District.

At the event, representatives from the Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Mawei District Government, and industry associations awarded honorary plaques to the official promotional units of the “Mawei-Matsu Rural Banquet.” Catering establishments like Sanjiang International Hotel, Zhouxianfu, Xingxian Restaurant, Mingcheng Hotel, and Haishang Mingzhu Hotel received this distinction. Renjing Fish Balls, Qiu Ji Beef, A Er Impression Restaurant, and other time-honored brands were also honored with the title of “Mawei District Time-Honored Catering Establishment.”

The “Mawei-Matsu Rural Banquet” menu features 16 dishes that showcase the unique ingredients of the Minjiang River region. Created by a team of local chefs, the menu combines traditional techniques with innovative touches, offering a fresh representation of the region’s culinary culture.
