On the same day, Huang Lvbing, president of the city catering and cooking industry association, awarded Changsheng Hotel Management Co., Ltd. the plaque of “Fujian cuisine promotion base” to build a new bridge for Fujian cuisine exchange and cooperation.

“Fuzhou and Macau have always maintained close economic, trade and cultural exchanges. In recent years, with the deepening exchanges between the two places, the popularity and influence of Fujian cuisine in Macau have been continuously improved.” Li Rurong, chairman of the Macau Catering Industry Association, said that the event not only brought a mouth-watering taste bud trip, but also brought opportunities for exchanges and cooperation between Fuzhou and Macau. With food as the medium, the two places will jointly promote the Fujian cuisine culture in Fuzhou to “go global” and jointly push the profound China cuisine culture to a broader stage.
